These terms govern purchases and use of Atlas Alpha personalised reviews, reports and related services.
1. The service
Atlas Alpha reviews the shop information, product evidence and other material supplied by the customer and prepares practical observations, improvements and recommendations. The exact scope depends on the purchased plan.
2. Customer information and evidence
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate information, accessible links and usable photographs or other evidence. Atlas Alpha may explain what evidence is missing and work with the material available, but limited evidence can limit the depth of the review.
3. Personalised work and final purchases
Payment confirms the order and allows Atlas Alpha to begin preparing the personalised review. Purchases are final. Atlas Alpha does not offer voluntary cancellations or refunds once preparation has begun. A change of mind, marketplace changes, commercial results or a decision not to apply the recommendations do not create a right to a voluntary refund.
4. Delivery and corrections
Atlas Alpha delivers the purchased review through the delivery method associated with the order. If a technical delivery problem, duplicate charge or material error attributable to Atlas Alpha is identified, the customer should contact support so the matter can be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
5. No guarantee of commercial results
Atlas Alpha provides diagnosis and practical recommendations. It does not guarantee sales, traffic, visibility, marketplace rankings or any particular commercial result. Results can be affected by competition, seasonality, platform changes, pricing, demand and the customer’s implementation of the recommendations.
6. Acceptable use
The customer must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or harmful material, or content that infringes third-party rights. Atlas Alpha may refuse material that cannot be processed safely or lawfully.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not prevent the correction of a duplicate charge or a failure attributable to Atlas Alpha to provide the purchased service.
